Doorsets comprising 69mm thick door sections and multi point locking

Features:

• Purpose made to any size, shape and configuration
• All profiles match the Amesbury design
• Doors supplied in pre-hung door sets with 3 adjustable hinges per leaf
• Inward and outward opening
• Multi-point locking to all doors
• Slave doors to pairs are held by concealed flush bolts
• 69mm thick doors are internally beaded, with fully drained and ventilated glazing rebates designed for 28mm double glazed units or choice of panels
• Factory glazed as standard
• High performance weather-stripping to all doors

Manufacture:

• All door sets are manufactured to order, to customers' specific size and configuration requirements
• Available in European Oak, durable hardwoods and treated Douglas Fir softwood
• Primed only or full factory finish options using water based microporous stains and paints in a range of colours

Performance:

• Chilmark doors are severe weather tested to BS 6375 parts 1 & 2 and BS 5568 parts 1& 2
• Fully "Part L" compliant, standard glass configuration of 4/20/4 air filled double glazed unit and soft coat low emissivity glass. Other glass specifications are available on request.

Options:

• Wide range of glazing options including lead pattern, argon filled cavities, triple glazing, and solar control glass
• Glazing bar options include 25mm wide astragals, bonded to both panes of glass with duplex spacers between panes
• Panel infill options include raised and fielded panels, flat panels and tongued and grooved boarding
• Trickle ventilation to head of door frame, concealed to external elevation
• Combination frames, square and angled bays, curved and raked heads are all available
• Triangular and semi-circular or arched headed door sets can be manufactured
• Choice of handle colour (satin chrome, satin brass, white and black)
• Fire escape locking espagnolette
• Ambulant threshold details conforming to mobility regulations
• Flush or extension cills up to 81mm projection
• Sub cill design
• Extended external linings for tile hung elevations
